Welcome to the America’s Production Company studio page. This is where you can go to check the studio calendar and see if it is available for your date. The studio is currently available for one low fee of $40/hour. This is only for the space. To see pictures of the studio click the link above.

America’s Production Company, Inc. makes it possible to offer you this studio/production space at such an affordable price by trusting that you will take responsibility for yourself and your guests.

A couple things to keep in mind:

1. 1.The studio contains a loft, there is a ladder leading up to it. It is off limits, due to safety concerns. If you happen to go up there (which you shouldn’t ;) it is basically an attic. It does have a plywood floor with holes cut out of the floor for the lighting ‘hi-hats’ for the office below. It is very easy to put your foot through a light hole. What’s worse, there is also no rail so you could easily slip and fall to the concrete floor below. Again, please don’t go up to the loft area.
   

2. 2.Electricity, the nature of our business requires the use of lights that can require a significant electrical load. This means they are dangerous, please use lighting at your own risk. Also, try not to put more than two hot lights per outlet to prevent popping a breaker. If you need to reset a breaker, please have an electrician do it. (Or if you do it, use proper caution.)
   

3. 3.Cables, there are always a lot of cables around any production please attempt to properly tape cables when possible, and make sure your guests are aware of the dangers involved.
   

4. 4.Spills, if you eat or spill in the studio, kindly clean up after yourself. A $50 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if the studio isn’t left in the same condition as when you entered.
   

5. 5.By clicking on the link below, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your guests and clients’ safety. As a renter of the studio, you agree to indemnify Kel Thompson and America’s Production Company of any liability pertaining to the studio, equipment, lighting and/or props involved.
